Rediscovered this great interview from Forum between Michael Krasny and Bruce Ames regarding the need for micronutrients for good nutrition. It changed the way I ate when I heard it a couple of years ago, and I highly recommend it.
This month has been chock full of fun and challenges. It began with a trip to Arhus, Denmark to attend JAOO
and have a bit of holiday with Jen and was followed by a stop in London for more work and holiday. We had a pretty big scare as Bourbon had another attack of seizures while we were gone; luckily we had friends to make sure he was taken care of at the animal hospital. Once things settled down with him we were able to enjoy London a bit, as seen in this post with this pic from Portabello Road.
This weekend I flew to Beijing to give my 'Agile Analysis Not Fragile Analysis' talk at Agile China 2009. I was pretty knackered from Jetlag, but the talk went great. The most amazing thing was to see how the conference and community grew since I spoke at the last one there on my birthday back in 2007. Time certainly flies.
