Basically, this weekend rocked, however short it seemed. Didn’t do much on Friday night…just chilled out, watched Return of the King, did some painting and listened to tunes. Saturday was Judy’s rocking Halloween party at her little Wonderland in Astoria. I can say three things: her pad rocks, her friends rock, and the party rocked. I hope they have more shindigs, because that was definitely a good time. Unfortunately, everyone decided to bail early, so when I had to make my way home, it was late and very cold. Having forgotten to turn my watch back an hour, I ended up back at the light rail at 5 instead of 6, and being that I left my phone at home, I was forced to wait for the train. Arriving home at almost 7am forced me to sleep most of Sunday morning and pretty soon, I found myself preparing to come back down to DC. Luckily, I am out of here on Wednesday, so me and killah can go see MMW at the Beacon on Wednesday. I guess we will be standing in the face of the new imminent threat. Oh well….I guess we better get used to this crap.
