Caught Josh Rouse play at Iota in Arlington last night. Very cool place. Small, but homey. They also don’t sell tix in advance, so you just have to show up at the door. He actually did a segue from “Dressed Up Like Nebraska” into “Lost in Love” by Air Supply. Pretty crazy. I couldn’t believe how little he was. Smaller than me. That was wild. The opening act, Rosie Thomas, was awesome too. She even dressed up like a dork and danced around on stage when Josh played. Loved it. Jen got mad at me because I bought the cool t-shirt though. I better watch out to make sure she doesn’t steal it.
