Last night, Dave and I went to see American Pie 2. It was extremely funny. That actually makes for two really funny movies in one week. ‘Made’ was great too. Afterwards, we went to Hoboken, grubbed out, and hit the Brownstone for some brews. We ran into Brian who introduced us to the Irish Car Bomb. Shortly thereafter, Brian was kicked out for punching the bartender in the chest. On the way home, Dave got into an argument with the guy at the bagel store who wanted to charge him $3 to use the bathroom, even though he was buying a bagel. He also told a cab driver to go f— himself after the guy wanted to charge us $30 to go back to Bayonne (normally a $14 cab ride); the cab driver got out of the car and started yelling at us….we just laughed. All in all, a good night.
Bonus: Its raining and its finally cool outside. If there are two things in this life that I am sure of, they are: 1. I do not function well in the heat, physically or emotionally, and 2. I love living in America.
I need to go do something with my day.
