Let’s see….quick update for the past couple of days. Checked the Devils playoff game on Sunday, followed by a mean Sopranos episode (was that Furio kicking the crap out of Jackie April in the preview for next week?) Two ultra-busy days in the office, and it looks like the next two weeks will be action packed. Tonight I stopped by the North Star to join Michelle for a glass of vino, and saw a couple of old friends, Jennifer and Link. Link has a new CD coming out in a few weeks, by the way. He writes mean tunes, so I would bet that it will be good….

What else is up? Soulive at Irving on Friday, Robert Walters with special guest Charlie Hunter at Wetlands on Saturday. This has the makings of a good week. All this and Jazzfest is only a couple of weeks away…..
