Thomas Friedman has a great piece on the possible consequences of a war in Iraq on the international oil market. Read: $6 or $60
In other news, last weekend was the big trip to Montreal for Geller’s bachelor party. The weekend was filled with debauchery in the most fabulous of North American cities. Unfortunately, I was thoroughly shot from the driving from DC to NY, then NY to Montreal, then Montreal back to NY, then NY back to DC. I did have a nice welcome back to the beltway though. 🙂
Since I’ve been back, things have been crazy. Work is in full swing, and on Monday night we did a happy several-hour at Rosemary’s Thyme where they have half-price bottles of wine and awesome food, since Jen’s friend Patrick was home from Missouri. That night was just ugly, as nights with lots of wine can be, and then Tuesday night was class. Ughh. Tonight, Jen and I are going to see the Robert Cray Band play over at Wolf Trap out on the lawn, so that should be a blast.
All in all, I think I just need some sleep, and it doesn’t appear that much of that will be possible this weekend either.
