Adam Monago is an enterprise marketing executive and independent consultant with more than two decades of experience helping organizations navigate digital transformation. He is the author of Madam I’m Adam, a newsletter on AI, work, and professional strategy, and the creator of the Digestion Gap framework — an argument that the defining organizational challenge of the AI era is absorptive capacity, not technology access. He currently serves as Director of Product Marketing at Maximus, focused on AI-enabled government service delivery, and has worked with organizations including ICF, Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase, The New York Times, ThoughtWorks, and others.
