I read every message that comes in and reply personally. Most responses go out inside 48 hours. If your request is time-sensitive, say so in the subject line and I’ll triage accordingly.
A few things that help me respond faster:
- A clear sense of the context (event, publication, project)
- Dates or deadlines, if any
- A link or two if it’s easier than explaining
